What is Flourish Foundry?
Flourish Foundry is a business coaching and advisory practice founded by Dave Christie in Nantwich, Cheshire. It helps established owner-led businesses protect their time, make clearer decisions and finish the work that moves the business forward.
Who is Flourish Foundry for?
Established owner-led businesses that are busy, capable and carrying too much, typically turning over from around £100k to £1m and beyond. It also supports challenger brands, independent retailers and leadership teams.
Who is Dave Christie?
Dave Christie is the founder of Flourish Foundry, an ILM Level 7 qualified coach and mentor and a Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2025 finalist. He has worked with hundreds of business owners, founders and challenger brands.
Which programme should I start with?
Start with the problem you need to solve. Spark suits a single decision, the Business Reset suits a business that has drifted, Flame suits finishing one piece of work in 30 days and Furnace suits changing how you operate over 12 weeks. If unsure, start with Spark or book a free call.
What is a Business Reset?
The Business Reset is a four-week strategic programme with Dave Christie. You step back, get an honest read on the business, find the decision that is really stuck and leave with one clear, written next move.
How much is the Business Reset?
£495 for the four-week programme, paid up front. Klarna Pay in 3 is available at checkout.
What happens after the Business Reset?
You receive a written summary with the framing, decisions and next move. If longer support makes sense, such as Flame, Furnace or a Growth Partnership, Dave will discuss it with no pressure.
How much does it cost?
Spark is £249, Flame (30 days) is £350, the Business Reset (four weeks) is £495 and Furnace (12 weeks) is £2,999. 1:1 coaching is £249 per session, £672.30 for three or £1,195.20 for six. The Growth Partnership and Leadership and Team Development are priced on enquiry.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna Pay in 3 is available at checkout on programmes and coaching: three interest-free instalments, offered as a payment option, not a discount.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Both. Most sessions run over Zoom, and in-person sessions are available across Nantwich, Cheshire, Manchester and the North West.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. You can book a free 30-minute call with Dave to talk through where you are and which level of support would be useful.
